SUSPENSION OF ADMINISTRATIVE DEADLINES

Due to the sanitary crisis that our country is suffering, the Government by virtue to the Royal Decree 463/2020 of the 14th of March has declared the Alarm Situation and with this the suspension of all legal and administrative deadlines. Regarding these last ones:

1. The Spanish fiscal authorities will be closed during this time. The registry for presenting any application physically or other service of personal attention will be closed. Please consider that if you wish to present any other application, you can do so through the web page of the Spanish fiscal authorities.

1. Deadlines to reply to the Spanish Tax Authorities’ requests, allegations, and Spanish Tax Authority processes are suspended. As soon as the Royal Decree stops being in force, the deadlines will start running again.

1. Periods of prescription or limitation will be suspended during the state of alert.
